Manufacturing Planning Module is an easy-to-use and comprehensible manufacturing software equipped with features that allows you to solve these issues. You can export a project drawn in ADeko to the automation software in a single click. This project doesn’t even need to contain fixed cabinets: Its width, height, depth might have been modified, the parts coinciding with columns or beams might have been notched, the amount of shelves might be changed, its visible side might have been manufactured from a different material. All these modifications reflect on manufacturing reports and work orders correctly, without a need for additional intervention. This flexibility is all thanks to the parametric structure of the manufacturing automation module.
Product recipes doesn’t have to be constructed for every single cabinet, for example a single recipe for all the base cabinets will be enough. Thanks to this, after your purchase, both the period for going to the manufacturing process shortens, and later revisions into manufacturing styles gets easier.

Doors and Drawers
In the Manufacturing Module, doors and drawers have parametric recipes just like the cabinets do. Whether you manufacture your doors and drawers yourself or procure them from an outsource, all manufacturing and ordering reports will be extracted without an error.

Hole and Groove Positions
Thanks to the Part2Cam module, all the parts of the cabinets can be extracted with all the details such as cutting, drilling, and grooving operations. Any modification performed on the cabinet is reflected to these outputs. For example, if a cabinet has a column notch, shelves also gets notched, related side gets narrowed and pin holes and grooves get revised accordingly.
Exporting Data into CNC Router and Drilling Machines
Part2Cam module has all the necessary competency to transfer all the parts and operations on them to CNC milling and drilling machines via all well known CAM software around. EnRoute, AlphaCam, BiesseWorks, Tpa Edi32, Cobus are among tested ones. Besides, theoretically, integration is possible with any other CAM, which has import capability from DXF or similar format.
Integration with Accounting and ERP Programs
Data transfer in both direction is possible with the ERP or accounting software you are using upon receiving necessary technical information. CSV export and import feature is also available.
