Choose the one that suits you
If the program is installed, right click on the desktop icon and choose Remote Support from the menu.
If active, run the program and select Remote Support item from the Help menu.
If the program is installed but not functioning apply: Windows Start > (type) “Remote Support”
Download Remote Support program and run it.
